British Racing Green
Since F1 announced the abandonment of national color in 1970, advertising painting quickly took the place of the traditional racing car paint, including the classic color representing racing speed—British Racing Green.
Except for some niche competitions, people can no longer see that speedy green on the field. Therefore, the designer of AET REMOULD decided to engrave this color in a new watch design.
Although the British Racing Green does not clearly define the brightness, hue, and saturation, to realize the classic style, our designers kept searching for the color's origin. They eventually chose the clover green that symbolizes hope.
The dial and the bezel are painted in this iconic color, creating a sense of speed and power.
The rose gold crown and pushers are both luxurious and romantic, showing the nobility and passion of motorsports.
With the classic color as a design concept, this new timepiece is named British Racing Green and is limited to 18 pieces worldwide.
